Victory Bunmi Abraham is a dynamic and results-driven development professional with over four years of experience in designing and leading impactful projects in education, health, and overall well-being. A graduate of Mass Communication, she began her development journey at Stand With A Girl (SWAG) Initiative, where she led several transformative projects focused on girls’ education, health, well-being, and life skills development, empowering adolescent girls through community-driven interventions.

She also served as Project Lead with LEAP Africa, where she designed and implemented the “Learning Beyond Displacement project” working with changemakers to address SDGs 4 (Quality Education), 5 (Gender Equality), 3 (Good Health and Well-being), and 17 (Partnerships for the Goals). Victory currently serves as the International Operations Manager at Power Shift Africa, where she supports youth mobilization, civic engagement, and strengthens internal systems to drive organizational impact.

She holds certifications in Program Management in Global Health and Global Mental Health from the University of Washington. Her expertise spans program design and implementation, stakeholder engagement, advocacy, community engagement, and human rights education. She is especially passionate about inclusive development for girls and marginalized communities.

Victory is driven by a vision of a more equitable society where everyone regardless of gender, background, culture, or religion has the opportunity to thrive, lead, and live in dignity. She strongly believes in SDG 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions as the foundation for lasting development and meaningful social change.
