Nnaemeka Anyaene is a technology and public policy leader with a passion for leveraging innovation to drive governance reform, economic development, and social impact across Africa.

He currently serves as Country Director (United Kingdom)at PowerShift Africa, where he leads strategic initiatives that foster civic leadership, youth engagement, and policy dialogue. He is also the Co-founder and Managing Partner of NewCare, a health technology company transforming access to affordable medicines through digital pharmacy benefit management solutions.

With a background spanning digital transformation, cybersecurity, data governance, programme management, and public sector innovation, Nnaemeka has worked across government, private sector, and development ecosystems, championing initiatives that strengthen institutions and improve service delivery.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Electronics Engineering and a Master’s degree in Cyber Security from the University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom. His work is driven by a commitment to building resilient institutions, empowering communities, and creating technology-enabled solutions that address Africa’s most pressing challenges.
